1 Order Requirements & Charges

  • Minimum Order Value (MOV): INR 599 (Applicable for all deliveries within India).

  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping across India on all pre-paid orders.

  • Payment Terms: We operate on a pre-paid basis only and do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD).

2 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatch Window: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Transit Time: Delivery takes an additional 2 to 7 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Note: Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, festive seasons, or government restrictions.

3. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking ID will be emailed to you. If you need assistance tracking your shipment, reach out to us at suyogcrystalverse@gmail.com.

4. Damages & Transit Issues

  • Please inspect the package upon arrival. Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged.

  • To claim any transit damage or missing articles, you must record a clear, continuous end-to-end unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Policy Updates Suyog Crystalverse may update, revise, suspend, or discontinue this Shipping Policy, including available shipping methods, shipping rates, delivery estimates, service areas, carrier options, order cut-off times, and other shipping-related terms, at any time and without prior notice.
