If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please send an email to suyogcrystalverse@gmail.com with your Order ID (e.g., #SCxxxxx) and the reason for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Terms & Restrictions

• Timeframe Window: Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of placing your order are strictly invalid.

• Authorized Channel: All cancellation requests must be sent via email to suyogcrystalverse@gmail.com. Requests sent through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, phone calls, or SMS are not accepted.

• Promotional Periods: Order cancellations are not permitted during any active promotional offer period.
