Pricing & Taxes: All orders are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, items will be billed based on the active price at the time of order validation, subject to availability.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside mainland India, you act as the importer of record. Any applicable customs duties, local import taxes, or state levies are entirely your responsibility, both for declaration and payment to competent local authorities.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely via credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, or authorized digital wallets.
Ownership & Risk: Products remain the property of Suyog Spiritual School until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you immediately upon physical delivery/possession of the items.
Shipping & Transit Risk: Orders are dispatched with tracking details sent via SMS and/or Email. While we ensure careful packaging, we are not liable for transit damage or loss occurring post-shipment through third-party carriers.
Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for products sold on our platform, including items damaged or lost post-shipment.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier unavailability, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or multiple failed delivery appointment attempts.
Respectful Interaction: Participation in our community groups, chats, or forums requires respectful conduct. Sharing inappropriate media, links, or spam messages will result in immediate removal and permanent blocking from the community.
